We've been carrying huggies (seems like everyone settled on Koozies though, so y’all win) in our back pockets for years.  We couldn't think of an occasion when it hasn't worked out in our favor.  As with most things though, there's always room for improvement.  During a strategy session over a few drinks in November 2013, John pitched his idea for a better huggie--one that contained Kevlar.  James and Luke were intrigued.  It took the better part of 2014, but we finally launched our first product, the BSG ONE.  Who are the people behind Beer Shield LLC?

Luke is from LA (Lower Alabama). Based on the pictures he’s always sending of tuna, trout, and reds, we suspect his day job is professional destination fisherman. Pretty sure he owned one of those Fill To Here With Beer tees at one point.
